How to select your repair

1. Select your Samsung device under Model. Pay attention to the exact model designation, for example Ultra, 5G or Z Fold.
2. Select the appropriate service under Repair: display, battery, charging port or back glass.
3. Before adding to the shopping cart, check whether the model, repair and displayed price match your selection.

Send in or drop off at the store

When placing your order, choose whether you would like to send in your device or drop it off at the store. The address for both options is: Handy Pool, Kuckelke 4, 44135 Dortmund, Germany.

Repair time

Repairs usually take 24–48 hours from the time your device is received, provided the required spare part is available. Shipping times are not included in this.
