- Select your iPhone under Model. Pay attention to the exact model designation, for example Pro, Pro Max, or mini.
- Select the desired repair under Repair and Spare Part. For display repairs, you must also select the offered spare part quality: Standard, Premium, or Original.
- Before adding to your cart, check that the model, repair, and displayed price match your selection.

Send in or drop off at the store
When placing your order, select whether you would like to send in your device or drop it off at the store. The address for both options is: Handy Pool, Kuckelke 4, 44135 Dortmund, Germany.
Repair time
The repair generally takes 24–48 hours from the time your device is received, provided the required spare part is in stock. Shipping times are not included.
